I am a adolescent, family and young adult counselor licensed in Arizona with over 7 years of experience. I work within a diverse mental health field to include anxiety, depression, trauma, sex trafficking, anger management, self-image and self-esteem issues, communication skills, parent/child or partner relational problems, domestic violence/abuse, mood disorders, substance use issues and stress management.

My counseling style is warm, inviting and interactive. I meet you where you are and walk alongside your journey to healing. My approach is very diverse and combines cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotion focused therapy, trauma focused therapy, 7 challenges, certified clinical trauma specialist sex-trafficking and exploitation.
