I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who can help you heal from the inside out by addressing your mind, body and spirit. I have over a decade of experience counseling clients of all abilities and often incorporate brain-based education into my practice. It is my belief that once you understand how your mind works, you can better manage the thoughts, feelings and choices blocking your progress.
