I have been practicing as a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Florida for over a decade, although I have worked as a social worker for the past twenty years. What I have learned during this time is that all individual possess the ability and capacity to live meaningful and enriching lives. My role is to help you to help yourself in learning adaptive new skills and utilizing the strengths that you naturally possess.

My therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other behavioral approaches.
