I believe in the power of therapy to help heal, restore, and encourage a greater understanding of ourselves and our stories. I believe that everyone has the potential to change and improve with encouragement, accountability, and support. I meet clients exactly where they are in their unique journey and help them focus and build on their strengths while working through their challenges.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups of all ages. Currently my focus has been treating those who struggle with anxiety, depression, illness, self-esteem, trauma, parenting, relationship issues, family conflicts, and coping with their other life challenges.

When not working, I love to spend time with my family (including my husband, 4 sons, & our german shepherd), read, color, write, listen to music, and explore parks.
