Welcome!
I'm Erica! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work. I have worked with various populations including teenagers, adults, individuals with complex medical needs, Veterans, and LGBTQ+ in both clinical and non-clinical mental health settings.
As your therapist, I will be using different modalities to empower and encourage you to take control of the challenges facing your life. The modalities primarily include solution-focused, client centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy; however, as your clinician I understand that therapy is not a “one size fit all” approach. No matter the modality, I will always treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve as a fellow human in this beautiful experience we call life.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and children, reading, outdoor activities, and learning new things. I am an active member of the NASW and enjoy participating in continuing education events centered around the practice of social work.
