About

Hi! My name is Erica and I have over 8 years of experience treating adults with mental health and addiction issues. I view myself as a guide- helping clients navigate their journey, whatever that may be. It is an honor for me to provide support and help celebrate successes along the way.

I have experience working in day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment for adults with co-occuring disorders. For the last 6+ years I have provided mental health and substance use counseling in an outpatient setting and have 3+ years experience in clinical supervison.

I strive to empower clients to find motivation and strength within themselves to make and maintain important changes in their lives with a supportive and non-judgmental attitude.

I am consistent and supportive, yet unafraid to gently challenge my clients to find movement towards their goals.

When I am not working, I am often found spending time with my 3 dogs and partner, doing art projects, or spending time with family.
