I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with over 8 years of experience. My goal is to help empower you to overcome your challenges in life. I find people often struggle with major transitions in their life which can lead to feelings of inferiority and unhappiness. Some of the frequent issues I encounter are: changes in relationships, dissatisfaction with their sex life, worrying more, and difficulty with effective and healthy communication.
I work from a client centered framework, my goal is to create a non-judgmental and safe space for people to share what they find bothersome or even embarrassing. I want to help them break free from a cycle of isolation. I am currently working on getting my sex therapy certification and have a lot of experience with mood disorders, as well as anxiety and postpartum anxiety and depression.
