About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Arizona with 5 years of therapy experience in helping individuals, couples and families find solutions. I have worked with a variety of challenges ranging from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, grief, chronic pain and relationship/family issues. Together we will identify what you see as the problem that brought you to therapy and collaborate on the goals that will bring the changes you seek.

I believe that therapy can be a safe place for clients to express their vulnerabilities, desires and creativity. My approach is non-judgmental and based on the client as the expert. Together we can learn the importance of healthy boundaries, self-awareness and mindfulness.

It takes a great deal of courage to recognize the necessity to make changes and to then take steps toward making those changes. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
