I'm a skilled, dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist helping Teens (11+), Women, and Millennials to cope and overcome life's challenges. I hold a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and in Early Childhood Education. I was a teacher in NYC for about 12 years. I have experienced life struggles along my self-discovery journey, and understand that exploring your current and past issues is necessary to start the healing process. I am also the mom of 2 teenagers (a son and a daughter) and intuitively relate to teens and their parents.
