I'd like to help you begin your path to self-love and healing. I believe that change is possible, and that peace and balance within yourself and your relationships can be achieved through therapy. I started Mindful Bloom Counseling Services in March of 2020 to provide a safe and non- judgmental environment where clients can be entirely themselves. I support you bringing an uncensored presence to therapy, speaking as you normally would, and wearing pajamas to session if it feels like a pajamas-in-session kind of day. I provide a safe and affirming space for those who are LGBTQIA+, trans/GNB/gender expansive, polyamorous, and non-monogamous. My clients can expect me to meet them with empathy and acceptance. They can also expect me to challenge them, when appropriate, in the interest of personal growth. I utilize evidence-based treatment methods such as CBT, EFT, and EMDR in guiding our treatment together. When not in session, you can find me spending time with family, trying new foods, or tackling ridiculously hard puzzles. I also enjoy a good Netflix binge.
