About

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in North Carolina since 2010 and currently serving as a life coach. I have provided counseling services to an array of different demographics to include those that suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, family conflicts, LGBT issues and other areas.
My therapy style is inviting and provides an atmosphere of active change. I provide Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Gestalt, Client Centered therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Additionally your treatment needs will be tailored to fit you.

It is my goal to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for adults, adolescents couples, and families to share their experiences and to help navigate through difficult life changes to create a more balanced life .
