Hello, I'm so happy you're here. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of IL and I have 8+ years of experience providing individual and group counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, dating & relationship issues, anger management and building self esteem & confidence.

My counseling style is personable, compassionate and interactive. I strive to create a non-judgemental space for clients to open up and I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. When something in our life is out of balance -- mentally, physically and/or emotionally -- therapy can help to center us. I view therapy as a partnership and I will shape our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific goals.
