I've worked for 40 years helping people develop stronger relationships and a healthier sense of Self. I work with individuals and couples with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, loss of direction, dealing with chronic illness and relationships. My work has also grown to encompass money and inheritance issues associated with family wealth and estate planning. Whatever the concern, I listen with great respect to you and your unique history with the goal to deeply understand what you are up against in living your life. I take an intergenerational family systems perspective to therapy. This views problems as existing not just within an individual alone, but also residing within a broader context of the family and social network.
