I understand how anxiety provoking meeting a new therapist can be and I do my utmost to provide treatment that is positive, compassionate, and respectful. I love working with people and helping them heal, learn, and grow. My experience is quite diverse. Over the past 20 years I have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, loss, past abuse, relationship struggle and much more. At times, life can simply be too stressful. We may face challenges which we never imagined and need help learning new ways to handle these challenges and stress. As well as being a Licensed Therapist I am also a Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. As a Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor & Trauma Professional I am trained to assist people of all backgrounds (not just religious folks) deal with issues of grief, loss, and past trauma.
