About

I am a marriage and family counselor, residing in the state of Utah, with 15 years of counseling experience. I am dedicated to seeing that my clients receive the tools that they need to make positive changes in their lives. I work with individuals who are struggling with addiction, and those who are in recovery. Working on life changes is hard so I am here to join with individuals who are looking to make changes.

I also work with parents of adoptive children who are struggling with attachment issues, as well as parents who are looking for effective ways of encouraging the growth of their children. Raising children is the most challenging job that a couple will encounter, raising adopted children presents additional challenges that present opportunities for growth.

I rely on cognitive therapy, with a strong reliance on systems and structure, to assist my clients. I am dedicated to honoring the individual world-views of all of my clients and am committed to supplying effective counseling to all.
