Hello. My name is Eric. I know therapy can be a scary thing, especially if it is your first time. But it doesn't have to be. My goal is to make the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. My aim is to help people reach their goals as soon as we can in a supportive, productive environment. I use many different forms of therapy that fit the situation with which I am dealing. I try to be efficient, practical, and no non-sense in my approach. This may include individual sessions, or may involve marital and family sessions. I have been a therapist for over 34 years. I received my M.A. degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked as a therapist/counselor in a number of various settings: Community Mental Health, a Behavioral Health company, a Foster Care Agency, and Juvenile Court. For twenty of these years, I have also done part-time contract therapy.
