I am passionate about bringing healing to those who have been through traumatic and stressful experiences. I provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, personality disorders, substance abuse, trauma, panic disorder, life transitions, etc. I will provide a thorough assessment to aid in identifying specific concerns and will modify my therapeutic approaches to match your individualized needs.

My approach is direct, and client focused. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and have also been trained in a range of other modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, & Solution Focused Therapy. It is my goal to help you develop strategies and skills that will directly affect the way that you relate to the world around you.
