About
Hello, my name is Eric W. Danielson and I very much look forward to working with you if you choose me as your therapist. First and foremost, I want to say thank you for reaching out for help, as it is often one of the hardest things to do. It is arguably, one of the most important and as such, I am interested in helping my clients find immediate wins that can motivate them to greater levels of empowerment while experiencing their desired change. Therefore, if you choose to allow me to walk alongside you as your guide, I want to say thank you upfront for both your and your family’s trust in inviting me into the spaces of your home and the areas of darkness you desire to overcome. My approach is influenced by both my military career as a retired Army Flight Medical NCO for seventeen years and as a Counseling / Training and Development Professional. Over the last 25+ years, I have had the honor and privilege of hearing and learning from so many different people. These lives and stories have greatly influenced how I assess, incorporate complex differential diagnoses and provide treatment with tailored modalities in dealing with the stress response (Fight, Flight or Freeze), complex injury, and illness (anxiety, fear, depression, grief, loss, shame, anger, trauma, moral injury, challenges with spirituality, substances up to a degree, and process addictions, etc.) within special patient populations. Credentials: I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Montana and Texas.
