Whether it is the stresses and anxieties of everyday life, which at times build up to seemingly insurmountable levels, deeper lingering depression, or living with other mental health issues that impact your daily life in negative ways; having a safe place to discuss and explore your experience can make all the difference. You are the expert on your life and your experiences, and with your insight we can work together towards improving the quality of your daily life. Please do not hesitate to call with questions. I currently only see clients on weekends.
My experiences include working within inpatient hospitals, providing individual therapy, and working as part of a Mental Health Crisis Team. Within these settings, I have gathered abilities in working with a variety of clients, with a range of mental health struggles.
