I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing treatment in private practice and community mental health settings. My practice incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) based techniques to assist you in managing a wide array of challenges including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, life transitions, career and academic issues, family/relationship problems, and more.
