Hi, my name is Era, and I believe that it was my “calling” to help individuals, couples, and families cope with the many challenges that life throws at them. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW#83416), located in the state of California. I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and elderly clients in community mental health settings. I also have experience working in a private practice setting. I specialize in therapy for women and teenagers experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, low motivation and feelings of hopelessness.
My approach is warm, compassionate, non-judgmental and down to earth.
I tailor my client’s treatment based on their specific goals. I utilize different evidence-based interventions that will help my clients cope with different life stressors and feel a renewed sense of hope and peace that they have been missing from their lives.
