When we feel heard, seen, validated, and supported, we are able to heal. I would love to provide a safe space for you to reconnect, find stability, and grow into the person you want to be. Whether you have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, challenges with your partner or are having trouble adjusting to a new location, we can partner together to find effective tools, strategies, and coping skills to help you towards a healthier you. What is your approach to therapy? My approach is inherently empathetic, non-judgmental and strength-based. Therapy is a place to bring your whole self, wherever you are at in your journey.
