Hi there, I'm Emmanuel! I am licensed psychotherapist in California with more than 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress and anxiety, physical trauma and emotional abuse, anger management, OCD, ADHD, and problems with motivation, self-worth, and confidence. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused therapy.
