I am licensed in Kentucky with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I understand that therapy is not a “one size fits most” model. At the base of a strong therapeutic relationship is a deep understanding of my patients’ specific needs and goals.
