I am licensed in Tennessee with four years of professional work experience. I believe that you were not built to struggle alone, but instead, you were created for authentic connection. I approach clients through an attachment and trauma-focused lens and am honored to walk beside you through whatever storms may have come your way. I desire to work with clients who may be facing anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness and/or pain, as well as those who have experienced trauma.
