I am licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I have experience both personally and professionally with the child welfare system in Illinois and have years of experience treating children in foster care, as well as children who have been adopted. I have previously worked in both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment, as outpatient services in a community mental health center, agencies contracted with DCFS, and currently work for a group practice.
