The best way to find out is to allow two or three sessions to get to know each other. I organize our sessions so that you can jump in and relax, even if you’ve never done any counseling before!
I have been doing this work for over 20 years, in two countries, with people from all over the world! And most people tell me what they want is to talk to someone that is not family or a friend! They want professional support from someone that has experience and can be impartial! You’ve come to the right place! Elevating and supporting people through conversation, problem solving, and listening is what I do!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have also worked as a Corporate Trainer and University Professor for most of my career. I love how those professions work together to bring you the best of the counseling, workplace and education worlds!
