I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I have extensive experience working with couples, focusing on helping couples achieve stronger and more intimate relationships. I have significant experience working with children, teens and their families, utilizing a variety of models, including, but not limited to, Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Attachment Based Family Therapy.

I am a Strengths Based Therapist, focusing on creating a safe environment in which individuals can feel acknowledged and understood, while helping to explore and overcome the obstacles and challenges to achieving the changes they desire. I practice a collaborative approach that helps to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Many clients find themselves stuck in unhelpful and unhealthy relational patterns that are negatively affecting their relationships and preventing them from reaching life goals. In my work, I help individuals, couples, and families identify these patterns and the role they play in sustaining these patterns.

In my work I focus on emotional experiences and feelings that are getting triggered. I believe that most work is done in-between our conversations where individuals take the tools we are working on learning during our conversations. I also believe in providing clients homework to help support the work we are doing.
