I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Sebastopol, CA with 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, and over 14 years experience working in mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, and family conflict. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, parents, trauma survivors, and individuals grappling with identity issues, finding purpose in life, and experiencing major life changes.

My therapy style is client-centered and relational. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines humanistic, narrative, psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, but I believe that therapy is first and foremost a human relationship and I will invest in getting to know you and your unique life circumstances before adjusting my approach to support you in your specific goals and needs.

You are not broken, and I am not here to heal you, fix you, change you, or make you better. I am here to support you on your journey to discovering your authentic self and releasing old stories and patterns of behaviors that no longer serve you so that you may live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
