About

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Wisconsin. I offer engaging and effective individual, couples, and family therapy to address a variety of issues including life transitions, relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and new parenting concerns, including postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. I also provide therapy to adolescents for a variety of issues including family conflicts, anxiety disorders, self-esteem, life transitions, and school performance. I have extensive experience in community mental health, higher education, and outpatient mental health.

From our first contact, I strive to create a comfortable, personal, and worthwhile experience for you. My goal is to make you feel welcome, validated, understood and seen. I will use my training in CBT and DBT to guide you to a new level of awareness of your self, your relationships, and your patterns to spark positive and significant insight.
I believe that healing happens in relationships, and I know how powerful a good, supportive presence can be when working through a hard time in life. I am passionate about helping you see your worth, and identifying how much power you have to enact positive change in your life.
