Based in Jamaica, NY, Ms. Emily Schiffman is a caring and attentive psychotherapist. She sees patients of all ages as a part of Choices Women’s Medical Center. She is skilled in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, worry, stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Ms. Schiffman received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the City University of New York, Queens College. She went on to receive her master’s degree in social work from Yeshiva University. As a mental health care practitioner, Ms. Schiffman understands the importance of giving each patient her focused attention. She strongly believes in carefully listening to each patient and creating a partnership to maintain and improve lifelong health. Ms. Schiffman is uncompromising in her dedication to the well-being of her patients.
