I have a passion for working with those that struggle with addictions and/or substance use needs. I also have experience and enjoy working with teens and young adults as they navigate their identities, and meaning in life. My Master's in Counseling Education had an Addictions emphasis, and I have primarily worked in substance use outpatient settings, as well as in community mental health. I also have trainings in LGBTQ+ population needs, marginalized community individuals needs, DBT, Gestalt Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe in inclusive care for people of all shapes, sizes, colors, ethnicities, and those with disabilities. I am a very White, plus size Female (She/Her), who enjoys awkward jokes.
