I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio with 13 years of experience in a variety of clinical social work settings. I have worked with clients from a variety of ages and backgrounds to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, social skills, and relationship issues. I specialize in helping parents and caregivers work through the grief, challenges, and joys of parenting children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
My style of counseling can be described as a collaborative effort with you. We will work together to facilitate changes you have come here to manage. I employ cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and client education techniques to help you reach your goals in counseling. I have a laid back personality and appreciate all feedback related to the shared process of counseling we will embark on together.
