Life is full of transitions and those transitions can create stress. I recognize that people enter into therapy for a variety of reasons. My approach to counseling is supportive, non-judgmental and honest. I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples and families. I will work with you to establish goals and develop a collaborative plan to achieve results and live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I have specialized training in CBT, Family Systems and high conflict divorce. I am also a certified Parent Coordinator.
