I am a licensed clinical social worker with both personal and professional experience with ADHD, depression, stress/anxiety, and grief. I am also trained in trauma-focused interventions. I have worked in mental health in an acute inpatient setting and hospice. I bring this experience to you so that you will have a therapist with knowledge and empathy. My treatment approach is mainly cognitive behavioral but this can vary based on the needs of each individual to include dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, and trauma focused therapies.
