Hello! My name is Emily, and I am a licensed therapist who is here to help you become your best self. Currently, I work as a middle school counselor during the school-day hours, and I love it. My experience working as an outpatient therapist has been with people of all ages (from preschool age to older adults), and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You are here because you are seeking guidance and direction, and I want to help you find yourself. Sometimes, life leaves us feeling lost, hopeless, or just plain stressed out. My role is to support you in the process of feeling better, whatever that may mean to you.
