Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. My name is Emily Sciglimpalia-Vigue and I am an LPC in Connecticut. I have been a Counselor since 2019- experience in working with individuals ages 10-21 both as a School Counselor and Therapist. I have worked with a wide range of individuals throughout those years and I look forward to getting to know you as well. When I am not working as a Private Therapist, I am a School Counselor in an Urban Setting working with a very diverse group of students and families.

As a counselor, my goal is to provide you with a safe place to voice your thoughts, emotions, concerns, etc. I like to approach therapy as a conversation and help you get to where you want to be by forming a trusting relationship while focusing on you as the client. I am a client-focused Counselor and tend to work in a solution-focused mindset.
