I have been working in social work for 10 years and have experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges in their lives.

Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression or just aren't feeling like yourself, my goal is for you to feel understood, validated, and to provide a no judgement space for you to work towards achieving your personal goals. The feedback I receive from clients is that they find me to be compassionate and nonjudgmental, and they appreciate that I am honest and direct with them. I am here to walk with you through whatever difficulties you are facing and help you learn more about yourself and the way you interact with the world.
