About
I help people navigate the complicated aspects of being human. My passion for helping people heal holistically began as a student athlete in high school and college. Soon after, it developed from a passion into my professional life: I earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN, and a masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA. Along the way, I spent seven years working in student life and 10 years as a working mom. My heart, education, and personal and professional experience have led me to the work I love. I help people catalyze change, transformation, and healing. Connection and compassion lead my relational work with clients. I work with individuals, couples and families that are in transition. I will use our therapeutic relationship to create clarity and awareness of your emotions, body sensations, memories and thoughts to help catalyze change, transformation, and healing. If you want to live with more creativity, meaning and wholeness, I would love to invite you into a safe, secure relationship with me that will help you move toward healing. My Values My values keep me rooted personally and professionally Holistic The spirit is crucial to living a life that is satisfying. The spirit feels most alive when the body, mind and spirit are linked and working at full capacity. I hold an awareness of this in the room with clients and it guides the healing work we do. Real I am a human too. Our relationship is a micro environment for what you experience in your day to day lives. I do my best to show up and authentically be myself with you so that you can feel comfortable to do the same. We will work on our relationship to help you grow in awareness and capacity to hold a full spectrum of emotions and experiences of your own and others.
