Hi there! My name is Emily and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I) and I am trained in EMDR. Are you looking to restore balance and gain a deeper understanding of yourself? Do you ever feel like you are caught in undesirable patterns in your relationships? Is it difficult sometimes to cope with the overwhelming amount of stressors life throws your way? My goal is to join you in exploring areas in which you feel stuck to help you heal in a holistic and meaningful way. My areas of speciality include trauma-focused therapy and client-centered therapy. I believe that therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach, but rather to join you exactly where you are in your journey toward wellness.
