I am a licensed professional counselor with 9 years professional experience working as a therapist in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, sexual identity, and parenting. My specialization is trauma and I frequently utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) as well as client-centered therapy, mindfulness, and CBT.

My approach is to meet my clients where they are and journey with them as they move forward helping them to access the healing abilities they possess within. I believe in the innate goodness of all people and consider it an honor to walk alongside anyone. I am warm, easy-going, not pushy, and I'm entirely comfortable with humor and laughter as medicine for the aching heart and soul.
