Welcome! My name is Emily and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I have 19 years of professional experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, self-esteem issues, anger issues, depression & bipolar disorder. I have a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and have years of experience providing individual, group, couples and family therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative therapy, Solution Focused techniques, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches in my therapy. I want to help clients overcome challenges and to offer hope and inspiration to clients on their mental health journeys. I am caring, open minded, empathic and I work hand in hand with clients to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
