About

My name is Emily Benson, and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado. I have worked with people from all backgrounds throughout my career. I have worked with adults and adolescents, individuals and families in school and mental health settings. I have experience in working with a wide range of concerns and mental health issues, but a few examples are ADHD, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns and life changes.

I love people of all ages and backgrounds and feel that I have a calling to help people who are going through difficult times and situations. I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral/strengths based/solution focused approach, and my primary focus is on the client, and helping you accomplish your goals in therapy.
