I am so glad you are here! My name is Emily Beltran and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. My greatest passion is seeing a client get to where they want to be and to help them get unstuck. I have worked in many settings with individuals and families who have been experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, family problems, trauma, abuse, parenting issues and more. A few of my specialties include grief and loss, maternal mental health, pregnancy and postpartum. My counseling style is calm, validating and empowering. With my clinical judgment, intuition and collaboration with you as the client, I may use a variety of modalities. Therapy with me might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and/or Mindfulness. I will also pull from your own strengths, yes you already have many! My goal is to get you where you want to be.
