Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. I have been in the field for 6 years where I have gotten the chance to work with many different individuals through a private practice setting as well as in a community mental health setting. I want to help you set and reach meaningful goals and feel like you really got something out of therapy. The individuals that are my focus area are those struggling with anger, conflict, and communication. I want to help you work through your anger, find creative coping skills, and develop effective communication and conflict management skills.
