Hello! My name is Emily and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota . I have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress-related issues, career challenges, self-esteem, family conflict and many more.

My counseling style is warm, direct and interactive. I utilize a strengths-based approach to empower individuals to find solutions to their challenges and concerns. Additionally, I like to integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices to help bring individuals closer to their goals.

I believes that an important part of the therapeutic relationship is meeting people where they are at and listening without judgment. I believe everyone should feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the therapy process. My person-centered approach allows me to effectively work with individuals living with depression, grief and loss, anxiety, stress, life transitions and relational issues.
