Let’s face it, life is tough and confusing and overwhelming at times, but it can and will get better. Together we can begin to make sense of the world around us and help us to develop a goal and a plan to achieve those goals.

I am a licensed counselor in the state of Ohio, Maryland, North Carolina, and Florida. I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years and have a wide array of experience which has allowed me to grow my skills and knowledge base. I have experience working in case management, as well as school based counseling, family counseling, individual counseling, crisis counseling, and the hospital setting with both adults and children/adolescents.

I come to the counseling session with a very person centered approach. My goal it so help my client achieve their goals. I believe that with knowledge and understanding one is able to achieve their goals. Within the counseling relationship the goal is to help the client(s) identify what their goals are and how they can achieve them.
