I am an LMHC with 5 years of professional work experience. I am skilled in LGBTQIA+ affirming care, transgender care, dialectical behavioral therapy, grief counseling, and trauma work specializing in interpersonal traumas. The primary techniques I use in my therapy sessions are validation and genuine empathy, mindfulness and grounding strategies, insight-oriented treatment, and supportive psychotherapy.
