I use an eclectic, strength-based, person-centered approach and incorporate evidence-based practices to help encourage positive change. I strive to foster a warm and welcoming environment that provides a safe space for personal sharing, healing, and growth. As we learn to understand better and accept ourselves and our life experiences, I believe we grow into stronger, healthier, more confident, and resilient individuals.

Personal Interests
I spend much time with my family and friends, especially my beloved dogs, Red and Rudy. I love reading and watching comedies and psychological thrillers, attending live music (big or small venues!), traveling to new and familiar places, and exploring Wisconsin’s outdoors. I value my sense of humor, creativity, spontaneity, and curiosity. I enjoy trying new things and meeting new people.
