About

I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical alcohol & drug counselor with 10 years of experience working as a clinician, clinical supervisor, and educator. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, career challenges, and gender & sexuality related complications. I have worked with my individuals with a history of trauma ranging from sexual assault, natural disasters and end of life matters. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Outside of my licenses, I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and MI. I am a Board Certified Transgender Care Therapist. I have served as an advocate for sexual assault survivors, and volunteer my time as a disaster response crisis counselor. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet my clients unique needs based on my expertise and collaboration with my client. My personal and professional values are respect, trust, transparency, and consistency. I believe the healing process looks and feels different for everyone, it is my role as the therapist to help you identify what healing looks and feels like and help you get there.
